The Muellers

I had the privilege of capturing the Muellers; Clay, Marissa, Little Clay and Michael. Nathan and I first met them a few years ago at our small group. They are such a sweet and loving family who are a ton of fun to be around. Little Clay and Michael are adorable little guys who are full of energy. Little Clay was a natural and wasn't shy of the camera at all. Michael was a little harder to get to smile, but we did get a few. :) And check out his blue eyes. They are gorgeous!! The Borgers

Meet Scott and Rebecca. Rebecca has been a dear friend of mine for 4 years now. We used to work together and we got to know each other really well because there were only 3 of us in our department. She is such a sweet, loving, kind, generous woman. There aren't enough words to describe her. She is the kind of friend everyone wants. Her husband Scott is a gifted landscape photographer. You should seriously check him out. His work is AMAZING!! They are a beautiful couple inside and out! Here are a few shots from their session.

The Charlans

Nathan and I have been friends with the Charlans for a few years now. They led the small group we were in and have been great supportive friends. I was so excited to photograph this amazing family. We met at Standley lake and I was thrilled when they pulled out their wardrobe change and cowboy hats. Such a cute idea! Thanks Charlans for being patient with me and allowing me to do your family pics!

Lindsey

I met Lindsey 10 years ago. We briefly met at a FCA Bible study and a few weeks later she asked me if I wanted to be her roommate. I thought it was a little crazy, but I needed a roommate and so did she, so there you go! :) Lindsey recruited a third roomie, Andrea, who I didn't meet until the day we signed the lease. It was a little crazy moving in with people you don't even know, but we ended up becoming the best of friends. We nicknamed ourselves Linds Babe, Dre Dog and Dee Mamma. We have so much fun together and I usually just end up laughing the whole time. Love these ladies! :)

Lindsey is now living in San Diego, but her mom lives in Boulder, so she came out to visit a couple of weeks ago. I really wanted to get some shots of her, but the only time we could do it was in the middle of the day when the sun is very harsh. We went ahead and did it anyway, and I tried to do my best despite the sun.

Tira

Last week I had the privilege of watching the amazing Melissa Koehler in action. I am starting a mentorship with her next week and I am so excited!! Part of the mentorship was going along with her on a shoot where I was able to watch how she does things and I got some really great advice.

Not only was it great watching her, but she was shooting one of my sweet and beautiful friends, Tira. Tira is a mommy to adorable little Nixon and is pregnant with her second little one, Scarlett. Tira and I were on The Rock dance team together back in the day, before we were wives and mommies. Nathan and I were also in her and her husbands small group. Tira is an amazing woman of God who encourages me more than she knows! I was able to capture some images while watching Melissa. Thanks again Tira for being such a great model! xoxo
